GLIMEPIRIDE 2 MG TABLETS            

Glimepiride is used in the treatmentof type 2 diabetes mellitus.

It is used along with diet and exercise toimprove blood sugar control in adults with type 2 diabetes.

Type 2 diabetes is an illness where thebody does not make enough insulin, or the insulin that's made does not workproperly.

It works by increasing the amount ofinsulin released by the pancreas in order to lower blood glucose.

This causes high blood sugar(hyperglycemia).

Nervousness or anxiety.

Irritability.

Sweating.

Lightheadedness or dizziness.

Headache
