MAGALDRATE,SIMETHICONE &DOMPERIDONE SUSPENSION 60 ML

This suspensioncontains Magaldrate, Simethiocone & Domperidone as active ingredients.

Magaldrateis used to treat heartburn, sour stomach, acid indigestion,hyperphosphatemia, and magnesium deficiency.

Magaldrateis used off-label to treat gastric and duodenal ulcers andgastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).

Simethicone is usedto treat the symptoms of gas such as uncomfortable or painful pressure,fullness, and bloating. 

Domperidone isindicated for the relief of the symptoms of nausea and vomiting.

Loose stools (diarrhoea).

Upset stomach orthrowing up.

HOW TO USE: Take this medicine by mouth only. Never give more medicine than shown in the lable.It isimportant to shake the bottle for at least 10 seconds before use. Always use the spoon supplied with thepack.

PHARMACO KINETICS:
Absorption: Absorbed readily from the small intestine.

Distributed widely and bound to proteins stored in the liver.

Metabolism: Metabolized in the liver and kidneys. It has an averagehalf-life of 24 hours and duration of up to 6 months.

Excretion: Bile (faces) is the primary excretion route. A small percentage appears in urine.

PRECAUTIONS:Before using the medication tellyour doctor if you are allergic to medicine. Tell your doctor if you have anyproblem. Do not take this medicine if you are having stomach ulcers.
