AMLODIPINE 5 MG &LISINOPRIL 5 MG TABLETS

There are2 medications: amlodipine and lisinopril. Amlodipine isa calcium channel blocker and is used to treat high bloodpressure or prevent chest pain (angina).

It works by relaxingthe blood vessels so that blood can flow more easily andthe heart does not need to work so hard.

Lisinopril is usedalong with a proper diet to help lower"bad" cholesterol and fats (suchas LDL, triglycerides) and raise "good" cholesterol (HDL)in the blood.

It belongs to a groupof drugs known as  It works by reducingthe amount of cholesterol made by the liver.

Common Side Effects

Dizziness or lightheadedness mayoccur as your body adjusts to the medication.
