FLUNARIZINE 5 MGTABLETS

Flunarizine isclassified as a calcium channel blocker. 

Flunarizine is aselective calcium entry blocker with calmodulin binding properties andhistamine H1 blocking activity.

It was initiallyintroduced as a medicine to improve blood flow and is a medicine known as acalcium channel blocker.

Flunarizine is aselective calcium antagonist with moderate other actions includingantihistamine, serotonin receptor blocking and dopamine D₂ blockingactivity.
