NADIFLOXACINCREAM 30 GM

Thismedicine contains Nadifloxacin as an active indgredient.

Nadifloxacin is atopical fluoroquinolone antibiotic for the treatment of acne vulgaris.

It is also usedto treat bacterial skin infections.

Nadifloxacin anew fluoroquinolone is effective, tolerable, and safe for mild o moderatefacial acne. 

Itsclinical effectiveness is comparable to clindamycin when used asadd-on therapy to benzoyl peroxide.

HOWTO USE: apply a small amount of medication to cover the affected areaof skin with a thin, even film and rub in gently. The area may be covered witha gauze dressing or gelatin packing if your doctor has told you to do so.

PHARMACOKINETICS

Nadifloxacin cream to normal human back skin,the highest plasma concentration was determined to be 107 mg/ml with anelimination half-life of 19.4 hours. Approximately 0.09% of the administereddose was excreted in the urine over 48 hours post- dosing.
