OXICONAZOLE CREAM30 GM

Thismedicine contains Oxiconazole nitrate as an active indgredient.

Oxiconazole comesunder class of drug called Azole Antifungal. 

Oxiconazole is anantifungal medication typically administered in a cream or lotion to treat skininfections.

It works bykilling the fungus or preventing its growth. 

Oxiconazole is applied tothe skin to treat: ringworm of the body (tinea corporis).

PHARMACOKINETICS

Oxiconazole is applied topically. There islittle systemic absorption following topical application; however, percutaneousabsorption is dependent on many factors including the vehicle, integrity of theepidermal barrier, use of occlusive dressings, and location of drugadministration on the body.
