POVIDONE IODINE&ORNIDAZOLE OINTMENT 15 GM

This Ointmentcontains Povidon iodine and Ornidazole as active ingredient.

Povidoneiodine has traditionally been used by surgeons as a preoperativeantiseptic.

Cheaper than topicalantibiotics, it is recognized as a staple solution for preparing the eye forsurgery.

Ornidazole is used totreat people who have certain types of vaginal infection.

These infections maybe caused by anaerobic bacteria

HOW TO USE: After removing any debris, such as pus or crusts, from theaffected area, apply athin layer of the ointment 2to 5 times daily over the affected area. You may cover the area with dressingor leave it exposed. Do not use the ointment in the eyes.
