DOXYCYCLINEHCL 100 MG TABLETS

Doxycycline isa broad-spectrum tetracycline-class antibiotic used in the treatmentof infections caused by bacteria and certain parasites.

It works bykilling or stopping the growth of bacteria, whichcause infections or make acne worse.

Doxycycline willnot work against infections caused by viruses, such as colds or flu.

DOXYLIN alsoworks against parasites that cause malaria.

It is sometimesused in combination with other anti-malarial medicines.
