GRANISETRON1 MG TABLETS

Granisetron isan antiemetic medication.

Granisetron is usedto prevent nausea and vomiting caused by cancer chemotherapy and radiationtherapy.

Granisetron isin a class of medications called 5-HT₃ receptor antagonists

It works by blockingthe action of a chemical messenger (serotonin) in the brain that may causenausea and vomiting during anti-cancer treatment (chemotherapy) or aftersurgery.
