NAPROXEN IP250 MG & DOMPERIDONE IP 10 MG TABLETS

This tablet containsNaproxen sodium as active ingredient.

naproxen tabletsbelong to a class of drugs called nonsteroidal anti-inflammatorydrugs (NSAIDs).

It drug used to treatpain, menstrual cramps, inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, andfever.

Domperidone is amedication used as an antiemetic, gastric prokinetic agent, andgalactagogue. 

Domperidone is ananti-sickness medicine. It helps you to stop feeling or being sick(nausea or vomiting).

Easybruising/bleeding, difficult/painful swallowing,

Hearing changes (suchas ringing in the ears),

PHARMACOKINETICS:
Absorption: Absorbed rapidly and completely from theGI tract. Naproxen sodium is absorbed more rapidly than naproxen formulation.

Highly protein-bound. It crosses the placental barrier andappears in milk.

Metabolism: Metabolized in the liver.

Excretion: Excreted in urine. Half-life is 10 to 20 hours.
