Rabeprazole belongsto a class of medicines known as proton pump inhibitors (PPIs).

Rabeprazoleworks by decreasing the amount of acid your stomach makes.

Rabeprazole relievessymptoms such as heartburn, difficulty swallowing, and persistent cough. 

Rabeprazoleis used for treating acid-related diseases of the stomach and intestine .
