• This tablet contains twomedicines: Tranexamic and Glutathione.
• Tranexamicbelongs to a class of drugs known as antifibrinolytics.
• This tabletis used in the treatment of heavy menstrual bleeding.
• Tranexamicworks by preventing the breakdown of blood clots and controls excessivebleeding.
