ACECLOFENAC100 MG TABLETS

Aceclofenac Tablets isindicated for the relief of pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis, rheumatoidarthritis and ankylosing spondylitis in adults.

Undesirable effects may be minimised by usingthe lowest effective dose for the shortest duration necessary to controlsymptoms

Take aceclofenac exactly as your doctor tells you to. The usualdose is one tablet twicedaily, taken preferably morning and evening. 

Take aceclofenac with food; during a mealtime is ideal. 

Common Side Effects

Fatigue, Headache, Nausea, Vomiting, Skinrash, Fever, Chills, Abnormal dreams, Dizziness.

HOWTO USE: Take this medicine two times per day with milk or water. Take thismedicine as advice by your doctor, Do not chew or crush this tablet. Be awareof contraindications.

PHARMACOKINETICS:
Aceclofenac is rapidly andcompletely absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract and circulates mainly asunchanged drug following oral administration. Peak plasma concentrations arereached around 1.25 to 3 hours post-ingestion, and the drug penetrates into thesynovial fluid where the concentration may reach up to 60% of that in theplasma
