CILOSTAZOL 100 MG TABLETS

CILOSTAZOLE 100 MGTABLET is used in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer and pancreaticcancer.

CILOSTAZOLE 100 MGTABLET should be taken on an empty stomach or should be taken one hour beforeor 2 hour after meal. 

You should continueto take it as long as your doctor advises it.

HOW TO USE: Take this medicinetwo times per day with milk or water. Take this medicine as advice by yourdoctor, Do not chew or crush this tablet. Be aware of contraindications.

PHARMACOKINETICS:
Absorptionof Cilostazol in gastrointestinalsystem is slow or incomplete.  Cilostazol is absorbed after theoral administration. A high fat meal can increase the absorption of Cilostazol.The half-life of theCilostazol is between 11-13hours.The Cilostazol excreted almost74-76% by urination and the remaining medicine 23-27% eliminate by the faceslike sweating or by skin.

PRECAUTIONS:

Do not take Cilostazol if you have heartproblem. Cilostazol can make your problemworst.For the safety tell your doctor if you have any problem related liver orkidney. Avoid grapefruit juice or product.Do not take Cilostazol with Abacavir; it canincrease the serum level.If Cilostazol is taken with Abciximab it canincrease the severity of bleeding.
